Behind every great product, there is a story.

Andarl Farm® began in Castlebar, Co. Mayo in 2012 with two orphan piglets, Thelma and Louise. What started as an act of care grew into a genuine passion for pig farming, animal welfare and producing pork with exceptional flavour, texture and consistency.

Today, Andarl Farm® is proud to be a family-run producer of premium Irish Velvet Pork®, supplying homes, restaurants, hospitality businesses and food partners across Ireland.
