Our company was established in 1990, by Tom & Sheila Butler on the Butler family farm. We currently employ 8 people. “Cuinneog” is the Irish word for “Churn”. Cuinneog produces Irish Farmhouse Country Butter and Natural Buttermilk using churning techniques passed from one generation to another.
