Connolly Meats is a family run business that currently has three generations working together under the same roof. Our factory moved in 2004 to a new green field site closer to the family farm where we built a state of the art production facility. We currently employ around 55 staff and this increases during peak seasonal times. The core of our business centres around sourcing and producing all t
he products that come from pigs and pigmeat, a list of which can be found at the bottom of our shopping page. We at Connolly Meats also realize the importance of acquiring new knowledge and techniques to produce an even better range and quality of products, and as a result of our time and investment in research and development we are the first to bring new products and ideas to the market in our Honey & Mustard Ham Fillet, Continental Bacon Joints and our newest and best Pork Goujons and Southern Fried Pork Goujons. We currently sell our products to customers throughout the 32 counties of Ireland and into the UK market. Our fleet of vans and HGVs distribute to everyone from small convenient stores and supermarkets, to local butchers and wholesalers, to the bigger retailers such as Dunnes Stores and Aldi in the Republic of Ireland and to Tesco and Asda in the UK and of course the countless customers who buy direct from our website online direct to their door.
