We are a family owned Farm here in Northwest Co Kildare Ireland. Our goal is to produce the tastiest most nutritious beef we can grow! We then work with a local master butcher to mature and render the produce beautifully. All the processing is completed within 5 miles of the farm, meaning our product really supports our community. We grow our beef using Regenerative principles, which means we redu

ce or eliminate artificial inputs compared to the conventional farming we used to practice. We focus on improving soil health which has a knock on effect to pasture quality and animal health. The side benefit of this approach is that we are increasing capture of carbon in our soils and enhancing biodiversity. We are offering people a chance to connect the health of their families and what they consume to the natural cycles of the land we farm. We supply roasting meats, steak, mince or diced beef and burgers.
