I’am looking to take on a fully qualified butcher to work 2 days a week I’am looking for someone with experience in the following:

Breaking and boning out full beef
Breaking and boning out lambs and sides of pork

Experience in tray packing a wide range of value added products

Insuring counter is appealing and well stocked

Adhering to all food and health safety regulations

Customer focused and be able to provide cooking and storage advice

Work under own initiative

Keep cold room and shop clean at all times

No Sundays or evening shifts
