Due to a lot of customer interest we are delighted to say that from Friday the 10th of April will be stocking TRUDIES KITCHEN products.
From delicious sandwiches wraps and ciabattas to fresh lunch packs and pasta we have your lunch covered 🌯🥪🥗
We will also be stocking coleslaw, potato salad and more so keep an eye out for updates!!

‘SEVEN WEXFORD FOOD PRODUCERS RECEIVE BORD BIA ORIGIN GREEN GOLD MEMBERSHIP’

Bord Bia has recognised 136 Irish food and drink companies for their sustainability performance in 2025 with Origin Green Gold Membership. Seven businesses from Wexford were recognised with Gold Membership for 2025 – just over 5% of total.

Well done to Trudies Kitchen for being one of the Wexford Gold 7!

Chairperson of The Wexford Food Producers Network, Paul Kehoe extended congratulations to all the Wexford recipients and said:

Trudie Power and her award-winning Trudies Kitchen - are celebrating a quarter of a century in business... 25 years ago, Trudie Power and her sister-in-law Mary Lynch made one bucket of coleslaw and brought it to SuperValu on the Quay. That first step became the start of Trudie’s Kitchen. Today, the New Ross business has a team of 20, produces over 20,000 products each week, and supplies across the South East. They’re also moving forward with compostable sandwich packs.
