So very proud to say from 15,038 entries from more than 3,917 companies across
116 countries, our handmade blackcurrant jam has been narrowed down to the last 33
Golden Fork nominees. We are one of just three Irish finalists travelling to London for the awards. we are super excited. 🎉🥂🍓

The kitchen was super busy this week. We are currently taking in lots of beautiful fresh Irish ingredients such as these tomatoes from Campile Nurseries, Wexford Rhubarb and Red Onions from Eamon Crowley in West Cork. 🍅🧅🍓 ❤️
