O'Shea Farms/Iverk Produce O'Shea Farms grow potatoes, carrots and various cereals on their 1500 acre farm in South Kilkenny.

The O'Shea family have been farming on the banks of the River Suir since the early 1800's. Today they work with over forty dedicated growers along the south and east coast of Ireland to pack and distribute potatoes and carrots through Iverk Produce. Iverk Produce has been supplying fresh fruit and vegetables to retailers and wholesalers since 1980. Daily deliveries of fresh produce ensure the best quality reaches your plate, freshly, simply, daily.

What a terrific crowd at the Iverk Show today! We hope you all enjoyed tasting our air fried potatoes and try cooking them at home.
A big thank you to Carmel and Sean Farrell and their team who spent so many hours building and decorating a 1/3 replica of The Tower.
Thanks also to Robbie & Daniels who built our stand, and Agnieszka, Becky, Jay, Jamie, Clodagh and Layla who were very busy serving and selling potatoes today.
