Happy Easter from Barrack Hill 🐣🍃

Spring has arrived in the woodlands, with recently planted apple trees beginning to bloom and new life showing on every branch 🌱

One day, these growing woodlands may be filled with laughter, hosting Easter egg hunts for local and visiting families alike, right here on the Skellig Coast, along the Wild Atlantic Way 🌊

John called into the opening of Gillian Murphy’s Art Studio in Valentia on Saturday evening.

Before moving to , Gillian designed our Whiskey labels. After falling in love with the area, she bought a house here and has now opened her own art studio.

Great to see her set up locally, best of luck with the new studio! 🎨🥃

Thanks to Simon for a brilliant tour of Talisker Distillery on the Isle of Skye. Founded in 1830 by the MacAskill brothers, this nearly 200-year-old business continues to thrive in such a beautiful and remote location in Scotland. 🥃

It’s always great to visit other distilleries and come away inspired with new ideas.
