2 weeks ago, I lost the founder of Doherty Catering and more importantly my beautiful Mammy, Lynda. I am heartbroken beyond words and belief but will vow to continue her legacy of beautiful home cooked food and excellent customer service. Mammy created and envisioned a catering company like no other and gave me the most solid foundation upon which I have expanded and poured my heart into over the past 20 years.
