We're delighted to reveal our final limited edition release for 2025. Our exquisite barrel-aged barley wine, INSULATOR, is making a return to conclude the year with a flourish.

When it was last released in 2021, Insulator was aged in Port barrels, which provided a fantastic complementary character to that beer. For this year's edition, we've selected French Chardonnay and Margaux barrels to host the decadent 14.8% liquid for the six-month aging period.

After maturing, Insulator is hand-bottled, labeled, and dipped in wax to finish. Our annual barrel-aged bottle release is always a huge undertaking for us, but it's only once a year and in a very limited amount, so we think it's worth going the extra mile.

Each bottle is a unique expression, drawn from a single barrel, allowing you to explore the nuanced contributions each brings. Both the Margaux and Chardonnay versions will be available this week from good independent beer specialists.

Summer's gone, but autumn's not short of charm.

For us, it's the start of brown ale season. So, this week, we've packaged two of our favourites.

BIG CALM is our delicious brown ale. Malty caramel goodness. It's the perfect choice for the season (...or any season if you ask us).

BIG BEANS is a twist on BIG CALM, where we cold-brew coffee right on the beer, adding an extra element to those malty caramel flavours.

Our latest beer is now available in cans.

It's a dangerously drinkable West Coast DIPA at all of 9%. Lean, with firm bitterness and lashings of resinous hoppy character to coat your tongue.

Fresh this week...DAYLIGHT ATHEIST 🌞🍺 a brand new hazy pale ale bursting with Citra, Riwaka, and Mosaic hops. Vibrant tropical fruits, citrus zing, and that Riwaka 'je ne sais quoi'. Big flavour in a refreshingly reasonable 5.4% abv. Perfect for your summer sips!

That's right...ELECTRIC AVENUE is back! The latest batch is hitting shelves and taps near you this week.

The same familiar base of malted barley and wheat. But this time we've gone with Centennial, Krush, and BRU-1 for a delicious tropical combo of mango, pineapple and sweet citrus deliciousness.

GREEN LIGHT is back!

In April 2022, we (selfishly) brewed a West Coast IPA the way we like it. As it turns out, you were quite fond of this one too. So, we've been trying to squeeze a re-brew for a while now.
A modern take with clean, lighter malt that doesn't get in the way, allowing the true bright character of the hops to shine. Resinous, pine, and citrus deliciousness is back for a limited time.

It's last day with us today. He's been brewing with us here for the past few years, and the times come for him to move on to pastures new.

Always good craic, bringing the toffee yum yums, and blasting out the tunes at the brewery to get us through the long days. One of life's gentlemen.

It's been an absolute pleasure working with him. Wishing him all the best in his brewing career. Cheers Mark 🍻
