What an experience! 💙🙌

A huge well done to our teams who took on the challenge of abseiling down the Europa Hotel in Belfast! 🧗‍♀️

An amazing experience, a brilliant team effort and, most importantly, all for an incredibly important cause. Together, we raised £986 for PIPS Su***de Prevention Ireland, supporting the vital work they do to help individuals and families affected by su***de and those experiencing mental health crisis. 💙

We’re so proud of everyone who took part, faced the heights and helped raise money for such an important charity. Definitely an experience we won’t forget!

🎉 MDP 2026/2027 is officially underway!

Last Friday, we kicked off this year’s Management Development Programme with our Orientation session, welcoming 13 future leaders to the programme 🙌🏻

MDP is an important part of developing our future leaders, giving participants the opportunity to step outside their day to day roles, gain experience in different environments, build new skills and bring fresh perspectives back to the business.

✨ A fantastic day at Chef Academy for our Pastry Module, delivered by our chef partner Mark Moriarty alongside our Chef Trainer, Robert Groot.

The session gave our chefs the opportunity to develop new pastry skills, refine techniques and gain hands on experience in a creative and inspiring environment.

Continuous learning is at the heart of what we do, and it was great to see so much passion, engagement and talent on display throughout the day.❤️
