What a day we had in Coolfin on Sunday, 26th July – fantastic competition, brilliant displays and, most importantly, a great crowd enjoying everything the Show had to offer.

Thanks again to everyone who played a part in making the day so special. We’re already looking forward to doing it all again in 2027! 🐄🐑🐴🚜

Champions of the Ossory Show 2026 🏆

Congratulations to Breid Shannon and Birchdale, winners of the Treo Eile-sponsored Racehorse to Riding Horse class.

Formerly trained by Nicky Henderson and Enda Bolger, Birchdale also finished as the highest placed Thoroughbred in the Novice Working Hunter class, making it a memorable day in the ring.

A fantastic achievement for all involved. Well done! 🐴✨

🌙🚛 The Night Before… 🚛🌙

As the sun went down, the Showgrounds took on a whole new look. Trucks lit up the field, final touches were being made, and exhibitors had a chance to relax before the crowds arrived the following morning.

These photos capture the atmosphere on the eve of the 10th Anniversary Ossory Truck Show—a reminder that some of the best moments happen before the gates even open.

Congratulations to Samuel Sheeran, winner of the Overall Suffolk Championship at this year’s Ossory Show. A fantastic achievement and a well-deserved success in a highly competitive section.

Also congratulations to our Reserve Overall Suffolk Champion, pictured in the second and third photographs. Well done to everyone who took part and helped make the Suffolk classes such a great showcase of quality sheep.
