Meet Trevor — our farmer, and the man behind the incredible meat on your table.
Just a couple of miles from our shop, Trevor raises Charolais–Suffolk cross lambs and Hereford beef with the kind of care you can taste in every bite. Slow-grown, grass-fed, and properly looked after — the way it should be.

🌸 Easter is almost here, and we've got you covered! 🌸

Dear customers,

We know there’s been some buzz about lamb prices this Easter, so we’re here to reassure you: we’ll have plenty of lamb available in our shop! As always, the legs are in high demand, so we highly recommend ordering yours in advance. If you’re looking for something more budget-friendly, we also have succulent shoulders of lamb (either deboned and rolled or on the bone), tender racks, juicy chops, as well as flavorful gyros lamb kebabs and Merguez sausages.

While we’re all aware of the recent price increases, it’s not as bad as the rumors might suggest:
🍖 Last season leg of lamb: €45–€50
🍖 Spring lamb leg: €60–€65
🍖 4 lb shoulder roast: Around €30

For those seeking delicious alternatives, we also offer beef, pork, and turkey roasts, as well as a full range of our signature sausages and BBQ specialties.
