There's a lot of technology working behind the scenes in a RATIONAL iCombi Pro.

The built in core temperature probe is just one part of it, helping monitor food as it cooks. RATIONAL's iCookingSuite can then automatically adapt cooking parameters including temperature, cabinet climate, air speed and cooking time to help achieve consistent results.

Want to see what an iCombi Pro could do in your kitchen? Talk to your local rep and we'll take you through it!
