We are back from our travels so here is a few things we just wanted to let you know as we are getting ready to re-open this week:

-The shop's door will be open from 10.30 to 18 tomorrow, we can't wait to chat and catch up with you all! 🍙

-On Thursday (15th) we'll be closing at the earlier time of 17 to provide some food and partecipate at the wonderful Sligo Women In Business Network Enterprise Day. Back to regular opening times on Friday and Saturday🤗

-On Sunday the 18th are hosting one of our Pasta Making workshops! Expect to learn a lot about pasta making and the labour of love that it is while chatting away and enjoying some Italian snacks🍝
There are still a couple of spaces available so if you are interested just contact our friends at EGOpasta and they'll help you with the booking.

That should be it for now folks, we are recharged and full of ideas, hopefully we can translate some of them into reality. See you soon!

Have you tried our Riccioli pasta yet?
These little shells have a deliciously smooth texture and, because of their hollow shape, they collect the sauce really well 👌
We've added a bit of turmeric to ours which is great for the immune system as the seasons change 💪
They go nicely with our Gorgonzola & Leek sauce or a Vegan Ragù!
