🍻 Big News from Lough Gill Brewery! 🍻

Today we were granted our Producer's On-Licence, a major milestone on the journey towards opening our new Brewery Visitor Experience and Taproom here in Sligo.

What started as an idea is now becoming a reality.

A huge thank you to our staff, contractors, advisors and customers who have supported us every step of the way. Your encouragement has helped us get this far.

There's still work to do, but today brings us one step closer to welcoming locals and visitors through our doors to experience brewing, great beer and a little piece of Sligo's brewing story.

We can't wait to open the doors.

Our juicy new Tropical IPA (6.1% ABV) has arrived just in time for summer, bringing serious holiday vibes without the airport queues.

Loaded with Wai-Iti, Waimea, Nectaron & Mosaic hops, it's bursting with pineapple, peach, passionfruit and citrus goodness. Think tropical fruit salad.. but better. Much better.

Soft, hazy, juicy and packed with sunshine from the first sip to the last, this is the beer you'll be reaching for when the sun comes out (and let's be honest, even when it doesn't).

It’s fantastic to see another Sligo brand showcasing the quality, creativity, and ambition that this county has to offer. Products like this continue to put Sligo on the map and highlight the incredible food and drink culture being built here in the West of Ireland.

Fresh off the line and we couldn’t be more excited

Our brand new Oh Pale Ale is officially being canned today - brewed with surplus bread from the legendary O'Hehirs Bakery to create something seriously special.

Crisp, hoppy, refreshing and helping reduce food waste at the same time - this is a beer with a story we’re proud of.
