A huge congratulations to the Patrick & all the team at Yeats Whiskey from all at Lough Gill Brewery on the launch of your new whiskey. 🥃

It’s fantastic to see another Sligo brand showcasing the quality, creativity, and ambition that this county has to offer. Products like this continue to put Sligo on the map and highlight the incredible food and drink culture being built here in the West of Ireland.

Fresh off the line and we couldn’t be more excited

Our brand new Oh Pale Ale is officially being canned today - brewed with surplus bread from the legendary O'Hehirs Bakery to create something seriously special.

Crisp, hoppy, refreshing and helping reduce food waste at the same time - this is a beer with a story we’re proud of.

Keep an eye out for Oh Pale Ale landing near you soon 👀🍺

We opened the coffee shop this weekend and the support from around Sligo has been brilliant.

Familiar faces & new faces each day.

Over the weekend, after the launch of the Sligo County Outdoor Recreation Plan, we were glad to welcome Dara Calleary TD@along with Frank Feehan& Fergal Nealon in for a coffee and a quick tour of the brewery.

No big fuss — just a genuine chat about what’s happening in Sligo.

But what’s mattered most this week is the everyday support from local people calling in.

If you’ve been in thanks a million.
If not, we’re open from 8am -3pm daily

We’re delighted to finally share some exciting news… our café is now open at Lough Gill Brewery.
Opening Hours: 8am to 3pm, Monday to Sunday.

Built around great coffee, good people, and a relaxed atmosphere, this new space is all about bringing something fresh to the brewery experience. We’ve partnered with Rover Coffee Lab to serve top-quality, locally roasted coffee — rich, smooth, and crafted with care.

This has been a big project for us, and we definitely didn’t do it alone. A special thanks to my brother and the team at Brew & Barrel ,their help, advice, and experience played a huge part in getting us to this point. If you’re ever near them, it’s well worth a visit.

Whether you’re dropping in for your morning cup, catching up with friends, or pairing a brew with a brew, we’ve created a spot that feels easy, welcoming, and worth slowing down for.

Come by, grab a coffee, and see what we’ve been working on.
