A helping hand with your 5-a-day! Invis-a-Veg provides busy parents with a chance to promote healthy eating for their children. Having two small children myself, witnessing tears and tantrums at the dinner table is never that uncommon. Unsurprisingly though, there were no signs of either when their plates were vegetable- free... or so they thought! You see, I began to grate their vegetables into their meals making the vegetables invisible to the child’s eye. It worked for curries, stews, spaghetti bolognese and lots more.
