Join the CIBD Irish Section at Priory Brewing, Tallaght, for a day of brewing, technical discussion and industry networking with our Head Brewer, Ricardo Solis.

Get hands-on with the brewing process, enjoy a brewery tour and connect with fellow industry professionals as you help brew a b**r that will later be available at Priory Brewing and served at the CIBD Irish Section Annual Dinner in February 2027.
