This latest collab from Conscious x Brewed is absolutely wild in the best way possible — a vibrant Colombia + Peru blend built around juicy sweetness and candy-like complexity.

We’ve been putting it through its paces at the 61² Brew Lab this week across espresso, pour over, and French press… and honestly? It tastes exactly like the bag promises 👇

🧬 Process
Co-fermented Caturra from Colombia paired with a washed Caturra from Peru for a cup that’s loud, playful, and ridiculously drinkable.

On espresso we’re getting:
🍉 Juicy watermelon sweetness
🍬 Pink candy vibes
🫐 Berry sweetness through the finish

Definitely one of the more fun coffees we’ve had through the grinders recently.

Our decaf is processed using the natural sugarcane method — a chemical-free approach that gently removes caffeine while preserving everything you actually want in the cup. Better for the environment, and better in flavour.

Sourced from Huila, Colombia and roasted by Conscious, this is a beautifully balanced, all-rounder with notes of milk chocolate, hazelnut praline, and a soft caramel sweetness.

🇵🇪 Jenny Perez – Finca Pasñapacana, Peru
A beautifully delicate washed Geisha with notes of white peach, florals, and honey. Elegant, tea-like, and super refined — a real treat for filter lovers.

🇵🇪 Consuelo Rubio – Finca San Francisco, Peru
This anoxic washed Sidra is bursting with wild raspberry, red plum, and brown sugar sweetness. Juicy, vibrant, and layered with complexity.

🇨🇴 Jorge Mira – El Jaragual, Colombia
A thermal shock washed Caturra bringing tropical fruit, melon, and apricot to the cup. Bright, clean, and seriously refreshing.

🇧🇴 Waliki – Caranavi, Bolivia
A versatile coco natural Java with tropical notes, wild berries, and a hint of clementine. Sweet, expressive, and great across different brew methods.

This one is all about rich, juicy sweetness:

With a syrupy body and vibrant fruit notes, it’s a perfect all-rounder whether you’re brewing pour over, espresso, or French press.
