While still waiting for the arrival of my packaging I am putting together stuff for my new website. I will be posting recipes that I tried and I like. One of them is Ganache (chocolate filling for cakes, cupcakes, desserts, macaroons...
Did you know ganache means "fool" in French. There is a story about helper in a pastry shop who spilled hot cream over the chocolate by mistake and the chef called him "ganache" but the cream was complete success.
Do you use ganache? Plain or flavoured?
