The Castle off Licence is a family run, independent business, established in 1978. Originally located in 4 Upper Castle Street, Tralee, we moved to our current, larger store in 2006. There is a walk in fridge, chilling cases of beer & cider. We stock a large range of Irish Craft & World beers. Bags of Ice, chocolates, minerals, snacks and ice-creams also available. Delivery service available (char

Built on the same award-winning botanical recipe as our original Di**le Gin, this new expression brings together two carefully selected ingredients chosen for their flavour and provenance.

Organic Spanish Oranges 🍊
Hand-selected, washed, hand-squeezed, and distilled separately in a small copper still to capture every drop of their vibrant natural citrus oils.

West of Di**le Sea Salt 🌊
Produced in collaboration with our neighbours at West of Di**le Sea Salt, this hand-harvested Atlantic sea salt adds a clean mineral brightness and subtle coastal salinity to the finish.

The result? A beautifully balanced gin with bright citrus, delicate floral notes, and a crisp finish that captures the spirit of the Wild Atlantic coast.

Best served with premium tonic, plenty of ice, a slice of burnt orange, and a sprig of rosemary!
