Who has managed to pick up a brand new Hazy IPA or IPA in its new fancy 440ml packaging. Brewed with specialist barley and a super selection of the best modern, characterful hops. These two recipes are really our tribute to the supremely drinkable IPAs of the original craft beer movement. Clean malt base and soft fruity hops layered on top. A beer for any occasion.

Next week also sees the release of our newest addition to the Brú range.

Hazy IPA is always the beer we get asked about brewing next so it is finally time to get a permanent recipe into the lineup. Built on a base of quality Irish oats for a fluffy base. We then add multiple additions of classic US Columbus hops for deep citrus flavours and then finished off with Amarillo hops which are famous for their orange marmalade notes. We ferment with one of our favourite hazy yeasts which accentuate the citrus aromas and give a beautiful rich complexity to the finish.

Brú Hazy IPA 4.8% is arriving in shops nationwide next week

With the launch of the new cans we thought it was time to think about the entire story and history we were trying to tell with Brú beers. Part of that discussion led us to thinking about the logo and what it tells customers about the brewery so with that in mind.

We have a fresh new logo that pays homage to our roots. Brú Brewery was founded in 2013 on the banks of the legendary Boyne. We used to pass over the ironically named Newbridge (built 250 years ago) every day on the way to work, and if you ever pass along the Boyne it is lined with beautiful ageless crossings. Practical, simple, yet beautiful structures that stand the test of time. We thought it was an inspiring enough idea to deserve a place on the new logo which is now rolling out across the range. We hope you enjoy the next chapter in Brú's story.

Arriving in shops this week will be the first of two brand new canned staples. This new IPA is our classic recipe designed for easy drinking with a clean, fresh finish. Bursting with classic US hops like Chinook & Centennial, the hops that kick started the craft beer revolution and still bring us back to memories of the great IPAs of the American West Coast.

Brú IPA 440ML 5% available nationwide from this week.
