Fascinating discussion on the value and price of food. Price per litre of milk to the farmer down 10c in one month. Price of butter going through the roof. How do we feed ourselves, instead of just filling ourselves?

Off the M50 & into the oasis of and the market that runs Fri and Sat. Beautiful bakes, without unnecessary preservatives, many organic and using seasonal Irish food like gooseberries & blackberries. The most Irish grown fresh vegetables and fruits that I've seen, including the last of the 🍓 that have flavour. Not to mention Irish lamb, wool, olives, fish and all kinds of deliciousness. Free parking and you can get a ticket to visit the farm afterwards or become a member.
Runs 9.30 - 2pm Fri and Sat. If you haven't been come. If you have, come back. Supermarkets won't miss you or your €, small producers do.

Beautiful weather and traffic flowing well. Fair play to all the people in hi vis here from the crack of dawn.

Was . Top of T2 car park, taking in sea and sky. Thought of how much is going on in the airport and in the lives of everyone working and travelling there. The stress of getting through security, getting everyone safely where they need to go.

How amazing is it to get on a plane and visit family and friends in London, America or Australia within 24 - 48 hours? To me that convenience is worthwhile. We miss the driving, walking and weather between our origin and destination. We also miss the beauty, culture and foods.
