📢 ONE WEEK TO GO! 📢

The countdown is on to the Glen Emmets GFC Fundraising Bingo, taking place next Tuesday, 23rd June in Tullyallen Community Centre.

With €2,000 in cash prizes up for grabs, a great atmosphere guaranteed, and plenty of fun for all ages, it's a night not to be missed. Every ticket sold helps support the continued development of Glen Emmets GFC, our players, teams and club facilities.

Books and flyers are available from any committee member, and everyone is welcome, so bring your family, friends and neighbours along for a great night's craic.

Books and flyers can still be purchased from any committee member, and our fantastic Youth Committee will be on hand to play your book for you on the night, ensuring you still have a chance to win some of the big cash prizes.

Join us Tomorrow from 10:30am to 1:30pm! ❣️

The Marie Keating Mobile Information Unit will be in Tullyallen Pharmacy on Thursday 4th of June from 10:30 to 13:30 to answer any questions you may have!

The Mobile unit offers a private room to discuss your concerns with a cancer nurse, it is completely free, private and no appointment is required!
They can help you with questions you might have about a symptom you are experiencing, question about screening, concern for a family member, or advice about something you are going through.

It is stocked with lots of information about healthy lifestyles/cancer prevention, cancer symptoms, risk factors, screening programmes etc.

It is important to note that this is an information unit, not a screening service. Although if you have anything you would like the nurse to look at, they can look and point you in the correct direction for further examination.

If you are experiencing ongoing or worrying symptoms, we recommend you talk to your GP immediately rather than waiting to discuss with the nurse. 😃
