Celebrating a major achievement across our group!

Eight employees from Irish Dog Foods and The Culinary Food Group have successfully completed their Conversational English Course. To mark the milestone, each participant presented in English to a panel of management representatives from both factories, showing just how far they’ve come.

Learning a new language takes dedication, perseverance and the courage to step outside your comfort zone, and this group showed all of that and more.

Congratulations to our IDF learners Taiane Pinto, Maycon Pinto, Jodie Sicacha and Mihaela Chilimari, and our TCFG learners Alex Sandu, Vaceslav Balaban, Renata Cupial and Casimiro Samuel.

A big thank you to IDF trainer Albertina Kropa, our panel members (Andrew Flynn, Howard Duffy, Irina Smidta and Konrad Potrzebowski), our HR representatives on the day (Carol McCarthy and Sadhbh English), and the Supervisors and Managers who nominated and supported the learners throughout the programme.

Today, 16th October, we're celebrating the food that brings us together and connects us to cultures from all over the world.

At the Queally Group, we're proud to have a team made up of people from many different countries and backgrounds. Each of us brings our own traditions, stories and flavours, and food is one of the best ways to share them.

From family recipes passed down through generations to dishes that remind us of home, food tells the story of where we come from. Sharing a meal or a recipe with a colleague is a simple way to learn something new, celebrate our differences and appreciate what makes each culture unique.

As part of our October Wellness Month, we're shining a light on ADHD, and on the many parents and guardians on our team who support a young person with ADHD every day.

Parenting a child with ADHD can be rewarding, but it can also bring challenges at home, at school and at work. Knowing where to turn for information and support can make a real difference, both for your child and for you.

ADHD Ireland has a dedicated hub for parents and guardians, with information on:

Support groups where you can connect with other parents

Today, Saturday 10th October, people around the world will mark World Mental Health Day, and at the Queally Group we're proud to join the conversation as part of our October Wellness Month.

This year's theme is "Lived Experiences Heard: Real Voices, Real Change." Some of the most powerful conversations about mental health start with real people sharing their real stories. When we listen to each other openly and without judgement, we help break down stigma and make it easier for people to reach out.

We all go through tough times, whether it's stress, anxiety, low mood or trouble sleeping. The HSE's mental health hub is a great place to start if you're looking for support, with:

The Culinary Food Group, part of the Queally Group, is looking for a National Account Manager to join us in Kildare. You'll own key customer accounts, build strong relationships, deliver on sales and profitability goals, and work with our NPD and supply chain teams to drive new business.

We're looking for at least 5 years' account management experience in FMCG, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
