Standing with Lorek: A Community Night at the Dogs 🐾
We are coming together to support one of our own. Since May 2025, 2nd-year student Lorek O’Keefe has faced unimaginable medical challenges following sudden cardiac issues. After months as an inpatient in Crumlin Childrens Hospital, Lorek continues his brave fight, travelling to Dublin at least three times a week for treatment.
Lorek’s determination and positive attitude have been an inspiration to every student and staff member at Mount Sion.
Our Parents’ Council, in partnership with Scoil Lorcáin, is hosting a Fundraising Dog Night:

📍 Venue: Kilcohan Park Greyhound Stadium
How you can help:

Donate: We are seeking prizes for our Monster Raffle on the night. All prizes can be donated to either school.
