We, Christine and Séamus Hyland, run our organic farm in the beautiful Blackwater valley between Lismore and Ballyduff. We have farmed organically since 1998, and we produce beef, lamb and eggs. A small sheep flock provides us with lamb which like the beef is available at Dungarvan Farmers' Market every Thursday and Lismore Farmers' Market on Sundays. s on the farm, lemon curd and Glenmore Organics eggs. We have 4 hen houses with 120 hens in each. Every day the hens can't wait to get outside to forage and scratch about in their paddocks.
