in Waterford title. Additionally, Viking Irish Drinks was honored as a Farming for Nature Ambassador in 2022 and participated in SuperValu’s esteemed Food Academy Programme in 2021. David regularly runs Vineyard & Orchard tastings and holds courses for the National Organic Skillset. He holds a WSET Diploma.

Last night 🌙 more frost, 5 th night 🌙 be it started in early April, hopefully 🙏 we beat it , frost last night dispersed with the North West wind, it was cold , -1 / -2 went up to 5 at 5.30 am, don't think it was as bad as parts of theast coast of England, no more please, 😀 👍

Irish Shiarz is now available in Waterford, @ 15.50% abv, not an April fool joke, Shiarz is now grown in The wee County of Louth, with an ABV of nearly 16% alcohol ,we tried Syrah ( Shiarz) 12 years ago ,as the saying goes ,tried once ,and never repeated, our climate in Waterford is suitable for Hybrid (Piwi varieties) the Wee County has something magical from a climate perspective, or super tankers coming from South Africa and Australia 🇦🇺 .barry.792
