Summer Rolls for Summer Days? Yes please. 🙌🏻

If you haven’t flexed your summer roll skills lately… this is your sign 🤩. Don’t be fooled—it might look like a lot, but trust us, 20-30 mins max and you’ll be feasting like royalty.

We launched these beauties when we first opened the trailer, and let’s be real—you lot were obsessed. Sadly, trailer life meant tough choices, and they had to roll out (pun very much intended).

But hey, remember last year’s summer roll workshops? We spilled all of July’s best tips, tricks, and dipping sauce secrets. Hope you made good use of ‘em… because something tells us, they might just be making a comeback this summer.

‼️Heads-up, sushi lovers and bánh mì believers!👀

🌀 We’re hitting pause on sushi this Saturday (May 3) and next Saturday (May 10) — we’re not ghosting you, just giving your chopsticks a breather 🍣❌. Sushi will roll back on Friday, May 16 🔙.

But don’t panic: Bánh mì and Vietnamese eats are still ON for both Saturdays! 🥖✨ Perfect excuse to switch it up if you haven’t yet.

❇️ Important note:
Next Friday (May 9) — no food, just coffees! ☕️ We’ll be off celebrating the wedding of some of our favourite humans 💃❤️. Come caffeinate us with love before we slip into our dancing shoes!
