Just roasted up some delicious Red Bourbon coffee this morning. Love it coffee. It's profile is complex with notes of bergamot, black tea, lime with toffee sweetness and a round heavy body. The farm is Gitwe and the region is Nyamasheke District in Western Rawanda.
Process: washed
Cupping score: 86.25
Not much roasted so grab it while it's available.
