An Irish Ginger B**r, Made Naturally. ☘️

Kevin spent years making things. A butcher, a brewer, always tinkering, always trying to make something better.

After plenty of trial and error, Rachel and Kevin had created a completely natural, alcohol-free ginger b**r by 2021.

A family recipe, refined into something of their own.

Blas na hÉireann 2026 finalist! 🇮🇪

A very proud moment for Rachel, her dad and everyone who has put so much into building Zingib**r.

What started as an idea has grown through a lot of hard work, long days and plenty of belief in doing things our own way. To now be recognised as a finalist at the Blas na hÉireann Irish Food Awards is something the whole team can be incredibly proud of.

Huge thank you to everyone who has supported us along the way, whether you’ve picked up a bottle in your local pub, found us on a supermarket shelf or simply told someone about Zingib**r.

We’re back at Big Grill! 🔥

It’s such a brilliant weekend of food, drink, music and good people and we’re delighted to be part of it again.

We had an absolute blast last year, so we can’t wait to get back to Herbert Park, see some familiar faces and introduce even more people to Zingib**r.
