Fresh Wicklow Lamb available this week.

These are big lambs. Well over 30kg. Serious value in a half or a full lamb. Proper eating lamb, not small or light.

Only 2 Wicklow lambs left.

Certified organic. Born and raised on Keadeen. Grass fed on our own land from birth to box. Full traceability.

Delivery is this Thursday so I need to know as soon as possible.

Fresh Organic Dexter Beef
Last one for 2025
Delivery: Thursday 11th

I’ve managed to get one more Dexter into the abattoir, and this will be the final fresh beef of the year. No more until 2026, so if you want certified organic, traditional Irish pedigree Dexter, this is the last chance.

The beef box includes:
• Roast
• Mince
• Diced
• Short rib
• T-bone
• Sirloin
• Rib steak
• Round steak

Price: €170 per box
Delivery: €10–€20 depending on distance

We also have organic lamb available in half or full lamb.
Half: €170
Full: €320
Cut to your preference.

Hi folks,

Just a message to say I’m taking orders now for the last Dexter beef of the year — once this one’s gone, I won’t have more until mid-January. If you think you’ll need beef for December or January, now’s the time to stock up. Prices may change in the new year, and with how things are moving in the factories and supermarkets, they’ll likely go up in line with conventional prices.

This will be one animal only as the butcher will be flat out with the Christmas rush. Please get in touch early if you’d like to order.

We’ll also have lamb (half €170 / whole €320) and venison available — all from our own land, all organic.

The 10kg Dexter beef boxes are €170, with €10 delivery, and include a mix of roasts, mince, diced, and steaks.

Hey Folks, how are we all?

I'll have Organic Dexter beef again now in 3 weeks time.
