We’re now stocking our own homemade dandelion honey - picked, prepared and made right here on the farm.

Dandelion honey has long been valued for its natural health benefits. It’s rich in antioxidants and is often used to support digestion, soothe sore throats and give a gentle boost to the immune system.

A simple, seasonal product made from what’s growing all around us and turned into something really special.

Available now in the Honesty Hut 💛

Join us at Daisy Cottage Farm for a truly special experience on April 17th: Arán, Im agus Subh, a traditional Irish baking & butter-making tour with Lorraine.

Spend the day in Lorraine’s cosy farmhouse kitchen, where you’ll:
- Churn your own butter
- Bake traditional Irish bread
- Learn the stories and heritage behind Irish food traditions
- Taste fresh, homemade bakes and preserves

You’ll also meet the pigs, chickens, goats, alpacas and maybe even the donkeys!

We’ll have a range of Easter bakes available, from fresh cream pavlova and fruit flan to cheesecake Easter eggs and chocolate selection boxes… there’s something for everyone.
