Wicklow Rapeseed Oil Wicklow Rapeseed Oil grows the finest oil seed r**e on their family farm situated in the heart of the Garden of Ireland. You know the rest!

After harvesting the oil seed r**e, seed is then freshly pressed, filtered & bottled. Rapeseed oil has less than half the saturated fat content and 10 times more omega 3 than olive oil which reduces cholesterol levels. Rapeseed oil's high smoke point allows you to cook at elevated temperatures for longer without affecting its health benefits. As extra virgin olive oil has a low smoke point of only 180°C this makes it unsuitable for cooking, r**eseed oil's nutrients are transferred to your meal and from there your body to keep you energised for hours.

We created our original garlic spray because we talked to you guys at food shows. 🧄

People kept asking us for flavours, so we listened. We steam the garlic, make a garlic oil and blend it into our cold pressed extra virgin r**eseed oil. Garlic bread or a stir fry in one spray. 😊
