Cooking is not just about food… it’s about connection 💛
We started by getting to know each other understanding the family, their habits, their needs… and then building a program tailored just for them.
This is a one-on-one learning journey, where step by step we build skills, confidence and a real connection to food.
In our first session, we spent 4 hours in the kitchen and created a variety of healthy, delicious dishes together 🍋✨
And you could already feel the joy especially that special pride of a mom cooking for her family with confidence.
Their little girl was home with us tasting, helping, shaping, mixing… being part of the whole experience 👩🍳💫
To make it even more fun, I created a small tasting chart to motivate the kids turning every bite into a little adventure.
The goal?
Helping a family where the kids currently don’t eat chicken, fish or meat, and where there are allergies to legumes and nuts — to slowly build new habits, safely and joyfully.
Because this is not just about recipes.
It’s about creating a positive relationship with food — for the whole family.
