Chimi's Biltong is a homemade biltong company based in Arnona, Jerusalem. Chimi's Biltong is all about great tasting Biltong for a great price.

Every true South African has a story about a family member who used to make Biltong at home and Chimi is no different. Chimi's Oupa tells of how he used to hang his biltong on a string running across the garage with nothing but the natural heat and a fan to cure and dry his biltong. Chimi prefers his biltong clean from crusted flies and chose to make his by using the much more common, Biltong Box.

Chimi's Biltong is currently in two flavors (Original and Chili bites) as well as two sizes (25g and 100g)

We’re back! After 46 days in reserve duty, we’re excited to be back to taking orders and bringing smiles to faces once again. Our current batch is nearly sold out, but we still have a few bags available for immediate pickup—so act fast before they’re gone! We’re also now taking orders for the next batch, which should be ready just in time for Shabbat next week. Thank you for your continued support—it truly means the world to us!

We're back and refreshed from our break! 🎉 Chimi had a fantastic time exploring the beautiful Austrian countryside, all while enjoying some delicious biltong. We made sure to have a bag of chili bites on hand at all times! We hope you enjoyed the glimpses of our travels as much as we did sharing them with you!

Shavuah tov, everyone!

We wanted to let you know that Chimi and his soon-to-be wife will be enjoying a well-deserved break during the first week of September, thanks to El Al’s generous complimentary miluim flights. As a result, we won’t be able to process or fulfill any orders during that week.

To ensure you don’t miss out on your favorite products, please place your orders before this break. We recommend getting your orders in as soon as possible to avoid any inconvenience.

During their time away, Chimi will be savoring some delicious biltong while exploring the stunning Austrian countryside. We’ll be sharing updates and glimpses of the beautiful places our biltong travels to, so stay tuned for those exciting highlights!

Today marks 35 days since we embarked on our journey with Chimi’s Biltong. Although nearly half of this time was constrained by the nine days and miluim, we’ve been overwhelmed by the incredible support we’ve received. Your orders and feedback have been truly heartwarming, and we can’t thank you enough.

In this short time, we’ve processed an astounding 38kg of meat—an amount we never imagined selling so quickly. We began with just one Biltong box, a cutting board, and a knife, but thanks to your support, we’ve significantly ramped up our production. We’ve added a much larger box that can dry up to 12kg of meat at once, and after a generous gift from family, we’ve also acquired an electric meat slicer. This new addition allows us to cut Biltong more quickly, easily, and with greater consistency.

As we celebrate our first month, we’re excited for what’s ahead. We look forward to fulfilling more orders, sharing our passion with you, and continuing to bring smiles to you all.
