Two up and coming chefs with one goal: to revolutionize the Kosher food industry across Israel through phenomenal, dynamic, and creative cooking. Both coming from different backgrounds and from different regions in the world, each one brings with them a unique and nuanced style that has culinary influences stretching from Central and South America to Northern and Western Europe to the Middle East.

When teamed up with one another, the combination is explosive! Immanuel, a Swedish Chef, but with global influences. Born and raised in Sweden, he began working in restaurants from the age of 14. Due to his love and passion for food he saw no better way to make use of his talents than to continue the path of becoming a chef. Brought up in a Jewish home in Sweden, but fueled by a love for traveling, his cooking has a uniquely wide range-from modernized approaches to traditional Swedish specialties such as herring, mashed potatoes, and meatballs to South American asado and incredible takes on Middle Eastern specialties. Immanuel's unprecedented enthusiasm and culinary creativity is present in every dish he prepares. Leonardo learned how to cook before he could walk. Born in Los Angeles to an Iranian father and an Italian mother, Leonardo was raised by his Italian grandmother "Nuny" who, having to care for 3 boys on her own, spent much of her time cooking. It was from Nuny that Leonardo was able to develop his instinctual flair for la cucina Toscana (food from the Tuscan region of Italy). Growing up in Los Angeles, however, Leonardo inevitably fell in love with Mexican cuisine and spent years mastering its food. With extensive exposure to his Persian family's cooking as well, Leonardo is able to take elements from each region and create a unique fusion of a wide regional spectrum while maintaining the authentic integrity of each culinary tradition. Imanuleo is here to renovate Kosher food with the creativity and passion that only these two can bring to the table. Let them show you what food is all about!
