今年もお節作りましたが、魚や伊達巻きは焦がしてしまい、磯辺焼は作ったけけど、お雑煮も作れなかった。もっと余裕を持って作りたいですね。
I made Osechi (New year’s dishes) this year again, but the fish and Date-Maki (rolled eggs)were burnt, and although I made Isobeyaki (grilled Moch) I couldn't make Ozouni (Soup with Mochi). I would like to have more time to make it.
