On 29 October, we’re handing the evening over to Ido Levran of Saro Imports for a special selection of Balkan w**es — bottles we don’t usually open, and w**es Ido himself is excited to share with us.

Since 2016, Ido has been exploring the Balkans, bringing distinctive w**es from Slovenia and beyond to Israel. With a background in Tel Aviv’s bars and restaurants and a genuine passion for discovering unusual w**es, he knows how to make a bottle tell a story.

Join us for an evening of exceptional w**es, unexpected discoveries, and good company at Open W**e.

An exclusive evening with Kadma W**ery יקב קדמא 🍷

On September 17 at 19:30, Open W**e is hosting a special tasting with Kadma W**ery - a small family-run w**ery with Georgian roots and a deep connection to ancient w**emaking traditions.

Kadma W**ery יקב קדמא works with Georgian qvevri, traditional clay vessels used for w**emaking for thousands of years. Their grapes are harvested and processed entirely by hand, combining old-world techniques with a contemporary approach to w**e.

The evening will be hosted by Yan Berkovich, Master of Viticulture and Oenology from the University of Adelaide, with w**emaking experience in Australia, Russia and Israel.

This is a tasting Kadma is doing exclusively for Open W**e - and we’re keeping it intimate.

Friends, we’re opening the doors of our bar once again. As many of you already know, Open W**e is more than just a place for good w**e. It’s a space where artists, creators, lecturers, musicians, and simply good people come together.

On July 9, we’d love to invite you to the opening of a new exhibition by our friend, the talented artist Dima ütro

Dima lives and works in Tel Aviv. A graduate of the Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design, he is also a painting instructor whose work explores the relationship between people, the city, memory, and the self.

This exhibition is especially meaningful to us. It grew out of a story in which art, love, w**e, people, and, of course, Tel Aviv unexpectedly became intertw**ed. It’s a story about how a city sometimes gives back what we once thought was lost.

And we feel incredibly lucky: years later, Dima has returned to Frenkel Street—not to leave his paintings on the sidewalks, as he once did, but to share them here at Open W**e.

We’re truly happy to be part of this story, and we hope you’ll join us for the opening. We can’t wait to see you there!
