The Hopa Paula Story
Hopa Paula is the story of Paula. Ola hadasha, Pastry Chef from Paris, Food blogger and Food Consultant, passionated about food, travel and baking. Paula made alyah to live her Israeli dream and find her home in Eretz Israel.
Soon Paula joined the Panda Pita family. Starting by helping to cook food and then making pitot with the best of the best Chefs. Panda Pita is the best part of Paula’s Alyah. More than a job, more than friends, she found her tribe, in the heard of the Shuk HaCarmel.
One day she made some macarons and took them to Panda Pita. When Panda tasted it he said “wowwwwwwwww”. This is how Hopa Paula was born.
