I remember so vividly when I was a kid, I would follow my mum everywhere in the kitchen and watch her whenever she was baking with this burning desire to make my own cakes one day. Born and raised in Turkey, I moved to Paris at the age of 18 where I studied economics at Sorbonne University. Upon graduating
, I realized that my true calling was to be a baker so I decided to pursue my childhood dream and turn it into reality. For the past two years, I have been living in Tel Aviv where I have been baking professionally. I completed an superior pastry course at Estella Master Class, as well as an Olivier Bajard workshop in France. So here I share my bliss and passion with you.. May it be a sweet affair! :)

כשאני חושבת על הילדות אני נזכרת שנשרכתי מאחורי אימי בהתרגשות במטבח כשהיא אפתה וחיכיתי ליום שבו אני אאפה עוגות בעצמי..
נולדתי וגדלתי בתורכיה ועברתי לפריז בגיל 18 שם סיימתי תואר ראשון בכלכלה באוניברסיטת סורבון. תוך כדי לימודי הבנתי שהתשוקה לאפייה קוראת לי חזרה והחלטתי ללכת בעקבות חלום ילדותי.
היום, אחרי שנתיים בארץ אני כבר מתעסקת בתחום האפייה באופן מקצועי. סיימתי קורס מתקדם לאפייה באסטלה כיתת אומן לקונדיטוריה שכלל גם לינודים עם אוליביר באג'רד בצרפת.בחרתי להתמחות בשוקולד עבודת יד.
והנני כאן מתחלקת איתכם בחלום הגדול שלי.. כי החיים פורחים כל עוד
