Ingredients:
2 tbsp Ragi flour (finger millet)
1 tbsp peanut butter π₯
1 tbsp cocoa powder π«
1 cup milk (or plant-based milk) π₯
1-2 tsp honey or jaggery (optional) π―
Β½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
A pinch of cinnamon for flavor πΏ
Instructions:
In a pan, dry roast the ragi flour for 2-3 minutes on low heat until fragrant.
Slowly add 1 cup of water while stirring to avoid lumps.
Add cocoa powder and cook for another 2 minutes, stirring continuously.
Add milk and bring it to a boil.
Mix in the peanut butter, honey/jaggery, and vanilla extract.
Stir well until everything is smooth and thick.
