Everyday recipes to entice your taste buds. Born in a Family where Good Food comes as a top priority. I have seen my mother more in Kitchen than anywhere else.

Cooking is a sacred activity in my family which ultimately leads to salvation of taste buds. I learnt to cook out of need and never out of interest. But gradually that need became an enjoyment and when I set foot on the soil of Mexico it became a passion. I had a good training in cooking Indian cuisines (Cant thank enough my dear mommy) which led to an inherent hunger to learn more. Exposure to a

plethora of ingredients generated a deep inquisitiveness to know more about them. And here I am experimenting with food. I would like to share my recipes with you. Your appreciation or criticism will be deeply appreciated.

I have always been lazy but now with healing this has taken a toll on me.. Have done every job at the 11th hour. This time too when Cherries 🍒were about to disappear I pushed myself to make these Uber delicious mascaporne Cheese and Cherry Compote verrines. They can be quickly pulled together.. Looks gorgeous and tastes divine. It's a fabulous recipe for summers when you needn't turn your oven and cook minimally to dish out this Gorgeous dessert.

When I came back from Mumma's house she packed with me kacchi Ambi from our garden😍😍😍. The first thing I made with the kacchi ambi or green mangoes is this traditional summer drink Aam Panna. I may have limited mobility after surgery but who can stop me from making this my favorite drink... Have you made it this year?

When you are obsessed about Breads and utterly in love with Cherries 🍒 you find a way out to fuse them together. How about this Cherry Focaccia Bread with Fresh Rosemary and Sea Salt Flakes. This is the most beautiful Focaccia Bread I have ever made.

The weather is getting a little warm up here in the hills.. the sun still pays hide and seek .. In this weather I love to drink Kaanji which is a fermented drink made from black carrots and a handful of spices. You can call this an Indian Kombucha. It has probiotic properties and has a strong flavour. Have you tried it?

It's Easter time and I made these Traditional Hot Cross Buns and all it did was spread joy and sweetness. Isn't what festivals should be doing. Make these hot cross buns with your kiddos and don't forget to teach them the rhyme..

Hot cross buns!
