If you’ve ever been to any workshops at .organichut, you know the most favourite activity for all is- Farmer’s foot steps!
A walk around the farm with the old farmer is the most loved activity during all workshops. Everyday starts with a walk to one part of the farm and the old farmer teaches how to listen to the land and tend it accordingly. How to read different greens and browns of the plants.

We’d love to invite you to something close to our hearts.
A 7 course meals made using our farm produce.

After the beautiful response to our Thai and Italian pop-ups, and many heartfelt messages asking us to host more meals at the farm, we’re back with another food pop-up

On 10th & 11th January (Saturday and Sunday), we’re hosting a Vietnamese food pop-up at our organic biodynamic farm, Bhaikaka Krishi Kendra.

This is a slow, thoughtful experience… a walk through the farm, conversations around how food is grown, and then a 7-course vegetarian Vietnamese farm-to-table meal, cooked with ingredients harvested from the farm and sourced from trusted farmers. The menu is inspired by our travels through Vietnam and its beautiful respect for freshness, herbs, and simplicity.

If you’re craving an evening of good food, open skies, and unhurried time at the farm, we’d be happy to host you.

Seats are limited, and you’re welcome to book for either of the two dates.

Winter sun on the farm, citrus glowing, herbs still holding morning dew. All we can think of is the warm bowls of pho and rice paper rolls filled with greens and herbs- food built on balance, care and intention.

Here’s a little glimpse from our half-day composting workshop! From learning how to make compost at home using different methods to soaking in the farm vibes, it was a day full of knowledge and nature.

Our participants had a blast discovering the magic of composting!
