Saoji food is a long cooked spicy delicacy of people in Nagpur region. This includes mostly Non vegetarian food, along with some Vegetarian dishes like Pathawdi, Khaskhas (Poppy seeds) and Bharid (Crushed Tandoored Brinjals).
