Weโ€™re with who shows us how they make the ultimate creamy flan!

Ingredients:

๐Ÿฎ Flan
โ€ขโ  โ 12 eggs
โ€ขโ  โ โ 1.2 kg sweetened condensed milk
โ€ขโ  โ 1 liter whole milk

๐Ÿฏ Caramel
โ€ขโ  โ 500 g sugar
โ€ขโ  โ 250 ml water

Instructions:
1๏ธโƒฃ Blend the condensed milk and eggs for about 3 minutes until completely smooth.
2๏ธโƒฃ Add the whole milk and mix gently until fully combined.
3๏ธโƒฃ For the caramel, melt the sugar over medium heat until it turns a deep golden color. Carefully add the water and stir until the caramel is smooth.
4๏ธโƒฃ Pour the caramel into the mold, coating the bottom evenly.
5๏ธโƒฃ Pour the flan mixture over the caramel.
6๏ธโƒฃ Bake in a water bath at 180ยฐC (356ยฐF) for 1 hour 30 minutes to 2 hours, or until the center is just set.
7๏ธโƒฃ Let it cool completely, refrigerate for several hours (preferably overnight), then unmold and serve.
