We’ve always believed good food is best enjoyed around a table, especially when there’s a little time to spare. Our Express Lunch brings a thoughtfully put-together three-course meal to the table, with a choice of starters and mains, and the option to finish with a dessert or mocktail.

It’s the kind of lunch that gives you a little more time to enjoy the company around you, have a conversation that isn’t about work, and make the most of a midday break. Good food, good company, and a little breathing room before the afternoon begins.

We’re back at the Brews & Spirits Expo, and this time we’re bringing three new expressions of a familiar b**r with us.

Brews & Spirits Expo brings together brewers, distillers, w**emakers, suppliers, distributors, retailers and people from across the alcobev industry for three days of b**r, spirits, w**e and everything that goes into making them.

Last year, we introduced Geist Star Spangled Haze, our collaboration with Hop Growers of America. For this edition, the collaboration returns as a series: three distinct East Coast Hazy expressions, each released across a different tank and batch combination — Tank 53.1, Tank 13.1 and Tank 52.1.

You’ll find all three pouring at the Expo, alongside craft b**rs from our year-round Geist Brewing Co. portfolio.

Most people know us for our craft b**r. And over the years, we’ve spent a lot of time getting the little things right, the ingredients we use, the way we make things, the time we give them, and ultimately, the quality we serve.

When we started working on breakfast, we wanted to approach it in much the same way. There was a lot of tasting, tweaking and going back to the drawing board. We spent time on the food because we wanted every dish to have a reason for being on the menu, and for the whole experience to feel like something you’d want to come back to. And now, you can find all of that on the table at Geist Brewing Co.

Good food has a way of making good craft b**r taste even better. Wild Pour is now pouring fresh Geist craft b**r on tap. The Charcoal Grilled Peri Peri Wings and Drunken Chicken bring the smoke and spice, with a pint of Geist craft b**r to balance it all out. A combination that makes it easy to settle in for another round.

Some dishes are remembered for longer than they’re on the menu. Idli Chaat was one of those dishes for us. What started as an idea became part of our menu, and somewhere along the way, it became a dish people genuinely looked forward to. Even after it was gone, it kept coming up in conversations with guests - a reminder that some dishes leave a bigger impression than you expect them to.

When we started working on the Throwback Menu, Idli Chaat came up again. It felt like the right time to bring it back, not just because it was once a favourite, but because the memories around it were still very much alive. So here we are, putting an old favourite back where it belongs.
