Bharwan Bhindi| Stuffed Okra

Stuffed ladies finger or Okra is a dish made from okra that is stuffed with roasted chana powder along with some herbs and spices.
Wash the ladies finger thoroughly and wipe and moisture with towel.Slit it and remove the seeds .Now stuff it with the stuffing and shallow fry in oil until crispy.

Ingredients I used for the filling :
Roasted chana powder
Salt to taste
Corriander powder
Cumin powder
Dried mango powder(amchur)
Red chilli powder
Garam masala
Oil
Little water to bring the filling
