The Indian Red Cross Society and Rotary Club came together to organise three volunteering camps across Andhra Pradesh in the month of August — the first in Guntur, followed by Vizianagaram, and the third in Ananthapur. Together, these camps reached and supported over 350 beneficiaries, with 119 beneficiaries supported at the Ananthapur camp alone.

A heartfelt thank you to the entire Indian Red Cross Society team, the Rotary team, Mohan Sir Mohan Kumar K V , and the wonderful young Rotaractors who volunteered their time, energy and dedication to make these camps a success. It was truly rewarding to be part of an initiative focused on serving the community and making a meaningful difference. 🙏🏻😊

🥗 Protein-Packed Black Chana Salad with Creamy Paneer Dressing 🥗

Ingredients:
🫘 Black Chana – boiled
🥒 Cucumber – finely chopped
🥕 Carrot – finely chopped
🫑 Capsicum – finely chopped
🍅 Tomato – finely chopped
🧅 Onion – finely chopped
🍋 Lemon juice

For the creamy white dressing:
🤍 Paneer
🥣 Curd
🌿 Coriander leaves
🌶️ Green chilli
🧂 Salt

Blend the paneer, curd, coriander leaves and green chilli until smooth and creamy. Add the boiled black chana and finely chopped vegetables to a bowl, pour over the creamy paneer dressing, add fresh lemon juice and mix well. 😋
